For Telegram channels & groups

A Telegram link that's short, trackable, and opens in the app

Turn your t.me channel or group link into a compact gsl.li link that opens directly in the Telegram app, counts every tap, and can route visitors by country — with a safe web fallback so no one hits a dead end.

    No credit card required.

Why not just post the t.me link?

A raw Telegram link works — but it can't be measured, can't be changed, and often opens in the wrong place. A Smart Link fixes all three.

    Opens in the Telegram app

On mobile, the link opens your channel or group in the Telegram app when it is installed, and falls back to the web page when it is not. No cramped in-app browser, no error screen.

    Real click analytics

Count taps on your link, see where clickers are in the world and what device they use, with bots and link-preview crawlers filtered out. A raw t.me link tells you nothing.

    Editable after you share

Point the same short link at a different channel later without reprinting it. If you move channels or start a fresh group, the link you already posted still works.

    Route and restrict by country

Send visitors from different countries to different channels, or block regions you do not serve — all from one link. Schedule a link to go live or expire for time-limited invites.

    The in-app browser problem

When someone taps a link inside Instagram, TikTok, or another app, it usually opens in that app's own in-browser view — not their real browser, and definitely not the Telegram app. Your follower sees a stripped-down web page, has to find the "open in Telegram" prompt, and a share of them give up before they ever reach your channel.

Turn on Open in app and the link hands off to the Telegram app directly: it opens your channel or group where the person is already signed in, one tap from joining. If Telegram isn't installed, it falls through to the normal t.me web page automatically — there's no error screen and no dead end.

How to shorten a Telegram link

    1. Paste your t.me link. A public channel (t.me/yourchannel), a group, or a private invite link (t.me/+…) all work.
    2. Turn on Open in app (optional) so the link opens the Telegram app on mobile, and add country rules if you run more than one channel.
    3. Share the short link. Put the gsl.li link in your social bios, posts and video descriptions. Watch the clicks — by country and device — in your dashboard.

    Community & channel owners

Put one measurable link everywhere you promote — bios, posts, cross-promos — and finally see which source actually drives joins.

    Course & membership funnels

Route buyers to the right group, schedule an invite link to open on launch day and expire when the cohort closes.

    Multi-region communities

Send each country to its local-language channel from a single link, and block regions you don't operate in.
