    Our Response Process

    When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

    • • Notify the user who posted the material
    • • Take reasonable steps to notify the user of the removal
    • • Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notice

    Counter-Notice Process

    If you believe material was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice including:

    • • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake

    Repeat Infringer Policy

    We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly post content that violates our terms of service.

    False Claims

    Making false claims in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including attorney's fees. Please ensure all information provided is accurate before submitting a notice.

    This policy applies to content hosted on our platform. For content on third-party websites accessed through our shortened links, you must contact the appropriate website operator or hosting provider.

    Non-US Copyright Laws
