How to schedule when a Smart Link is active
Set a Smart Link to go live at a future time and/or expire automatically — ideal for launches, flash sales and limited-time offers. Leave both blank to keep it always on. Times use your account timezone.
Scheduling gives a Smart Link a start and end time, so a launch link goes live exactly when you want and a limited offer expires on its own — no need to remember to switch anything on or off at midnight.
- 1
Open the form and expand “Availability window”
In the link builder, open Advanced options and expand Availability window.
- 2
Set a go-live and/or expiry time
Pick a Go live date and time, an Expires date and time, or both. Times are in your account timezone.
- 1 — Go live: the link starts redirecting at this moment.
- 2 — Expires: the link stops redirecting after this moment.
Leave both blank to keep the link always available.

- 3
Create your Smart Link
Click Create Smart Link. Before the go-live time (or after it expires) visitors see your “not available” fallback instead of the destination.
Frequently asked questions
What happens before a link starts or after it ends?
Outside its active window the link sends visitors to your fallback (or a dedicated scheduled-fallback URL) instead of the main destination, so early or late clicks still land somewhere sensible.
Can I use this for time-limited offers?
Yes — set an end time and the deal closes itself. It is ideal for product drops, flash sales, event links and anything that should not outlive its moment.
Is the schedule based on my timezone?
You set the active window in a timezone you choose, so “goes live at 9am” means 9am where it matters to your audience, not server time.
