How to manage your subscription and billing
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. Understand click allowances, overage billing, and spend caps.

Before you begin
All users start on the Free plan. You can upgrade at any time to unlock more links, higher click allowances, and team features.

View your current plan
Click Subscription in the sidebar to see your current plan, click usage, and billing status.

Upgrade your plan
Click Upgrade next to a higher plan. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete payment.

Understand click allowances
Each plan includes a monthly click allowance. When your Smart Links receive clicks beyond this allowance, optional overage billing applies (if enabled).

Set a spend cap for overages
To control overage costs, set a maximum monthly spend cap. Once the cap is reached, links continue to work but overage charges stop accruing.

Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
